Ladybirdlist is a personal project; awebsite tha combines an up-to-date directory of funds, accelerators and network groups solely directed at women.
When we realized that there were many funding opportunities, communities and investor groups focusing solely on female founders around the globe, we decided to let our friends know about these too.
It was born as result of investment research me and my friend Selin Akcakaya have done over the years to fund our own personal projects.

Repetion and Simplicity
Since web logos are used in tiniest of all sizes for favicons and on other almost invisible UI details, I kept the logo as simple as possible.
The letter L; made up of two lines intersecting at a 90 degree angle; repeated to echo the the initials of Ladybird and List, made a memorible and bullet- proof logo for any web size and distortion.
Ladybirdlist is a directory, showing funding opportunities for women in tech.

Ladybirdlist was a great opportunity to experiment with different artistic styles and creations. I enjoyed coming up with photography concepts and social media concepts for the social media campaigns that we’ve put together.
