Garage Beer Co. is a brewery located in Barcelona. In 2014, we were commissioned to create a brand that resonates with the city’s vibrant design & beer scene.
The challenge was to create a memorable and strong brand in a saturated craft beer market.
After weeks of brainstorming with the founders, we decided to focus on a powerful brand mark. This classic approach was a bold decision, different from the rest of the new branding projects in the craft world, which were mostly based in minimalism.
Using a slab-serif font, we combined retro Nashville vibes with urban and contemporary Barcelona aesthetics.
Today Garage is one of the biggest craft brewery in Barcelona with a noticeable presence in Europe.
